Unlike estate agents, who charge and entire month’s rent to find you a tenant and then hide additional fees (like base renewal commission) in the contract, we break down our service so that you only pay for what you need. This saves our clients hundreds of pounds when compared against traditional fees.
We help to get everything up and running for you, then hand it over to you at the end - taking the stress out of the initial set-up and acting as your Personal Property Assistant when you can't be there.
