Our Prestige Package provides a fully supported experience. Under your direction, we'll launch an online campaign to source you great tenants.
This package includes a tailored, dual-platform advertising campaign featuring a host of photos and long property description.
We also ensure that you have all the legal paperwork in place to rent your space, look after the viewings and handle the tenancy creation (including deposit registration).
Our Prestige Package allows Landlords to adapt a more hands-off approach to Tenant Placement. We're on hand to guide you through the process from start to finish - freeing your time and allowing you to concentrate on other things that need your attention. It begins with an in-person meeting at your rental property to talk through the process. Following that we will assess if the space is legally compliant and then we work to get the property tenanted.

If you would like us to assist with anything else, we can. Our rate is £60 per hour for services such as: property inventories, arranging tradesmen or cleaners and interior decoration. We pride ourselves on offering a supported service; if there's anything else that you need help with, just ask.
