We'll keep on working for you until you're happy with the tenants selection and will guide you through the process of becoming a landlord.
Our Premium Package allows Landlords to take a more hands-on approach with our support. We're here to guide you through the process of becoming a landlord, ensuring that you're legally compliant, create a bespoke listing for your property, perform both physical and virtual viewings and create the lease agreement.

If you would like us to assist with anything else, we can. Our rate is £60 per hour for services such as: property inventories, arranging tradesmen or cleaners and interior decoration. We pride ourselves on offering a supported service; if there's anything else that you need help with, just ask.
