Our Carte Blanche Package allows you to sit back and allow us to take the lead. We'll take the time to meet with you, undertand your property and then run everything forward.
This package includes all the options that we have, from a Rental Ready Design Consult to Inventory Check-in with no additional fees.
We also ensure that you have all the legal paperwork in place to rent your space, look after the viewings and handle the tenancy creation (including deposit registration).
Our Carte Blanche Package allows Landlords to take a hands-off approach to Tenant Placement. We're here to take control of the process from start to finish - freeing your time and allowing you to concentrate on other things that need your attention. It begins with an in-person meeting at your rental property to talk through the process. Following that we will ensure that every angle is covered with this luxury offering and work to get your property occupied with high quality tenants.

If you would like us to assist with anything else, we can. Our rate is £60 per hour for services such as: arranging cleaners, directing gardeners or decluttering. We pride ourselves on offering a supported service; if there's anything else that you need help with, just ask.
